The guy basically told me Elements versions will be out of date by the time Windows 13 is released - he said Elements doesn't offer any support, so there won't be constant updates going out, unlike CC. What's the difference? I can't seem to figure out what exactly is being withheld from the Elements versions that would appear in the CC versions. Currently debating buying Photoshop and Premiere Pro Elements, instead of the CC subscription.
